We agree the written scope, acceptance criteria and £750 deposit before work begins.
ChapterFlow builds and tests the review-ready experience, targeted within 10 business days after sufficient intake.
After one consolidated revision round and your acceptance, the £750 balance is due before launch; delivered defects are supported for 14 days after launch.

The total is £1,500. A £750 deposit is due only after the written scope is approved. The remaining £750 is due after you accept the completed build and before production launch. Under ChapterFlow's current authoritative tax state, no VAT is added.
